Getting Paid for a Good Case

 

Speaking of the independent Case Broker, if there is an advance to the Applicant, the independent Case Broker also gets paid a commission percentage of the advanced money amount (the percentage is up to you and the advance company).  Your commission is not taken out of the advance payment to the injury victim and you get paid upon approval of an advance to your Applicant. And, no matter how the case ends up – win or lose – the independent Case Broker never has to pay their commission back.  You have already earned any money that produces an advance payment by collecting and forwarding all of the case information at the beginning of the process. It’s another “win-win”, but this time it’s for you.
