LESSON 4- The Bigger Question – How do YOU, as an independent Case Broker, make money?

The Bigger Question – How do YOU, as an independent Case Broker, make money?

When you help an injury victim receive a payment at the beginning of their case, you are paid a percentage of that advanced money amount.

Your percentage is not taken out of the advance payment to the injury victim; it is paid by a third-party advance company that makes these types of payments every day around the country. In other words, the victim gets some “upfront” money and you get paid for helping them get that money.

The victim receives their payment directly from the advance company and you also get paid by that same advance company.

But of course, the facts of the case must meet certain basic advance company standards and these are first revealed when an injury victim tells you their story…in a conversation.
