LESSON 6- "An independent Case Broker Tells...They Never Sell"

“An independent Case Broker Tells…They Never Sell”

We have a little saying, “An independent Case Broker Tells…They Never Sell”.

And that is why it’s just a conversation. It can’t be stressed enough that, as an independent Case Broker, you are not selling anything.  You do not get paid anything from the injured party, so, it is plain that you are not selling them anything. You are just introducing them to a great opportunity and, it’s the advance company that has to be sold on the case and provide the money to the injured party. That means it’s the advance company that is actually the buyer, not the injury victim.

Once the injured party agrees to be helped by you and apply for the advance (also called “the upfront money”), they become an Applicant (and not your “client”…the reason why will be explained later).  And as an Applicant, that name can’t be stressed enough, you have sold them nothing

All you are doing is “telling” the injured party something incredible that they probably don’t know, and that is, that they can get some upfront money to help them out now. You are simply revealing a secret to them that is, quite frankly, amazing. And that secret is that there are actually companies out there that are willing to give the Applicant money on the chance that they will win their case.

If the Applicant loses the case, they don’t have to pay any of the upfront money back…

only the advance company loses the upfront money. Just think, in a lot of cases, this is the only money that an injured party will ever see! And it will be all due to you,

their independent Case Broker!
